WELCOME TO FOUR FILLIES FARM!
Four Fillies Farm is a private horse farm in Lexington, MA. Four Fillies Farm is the home of 16 horses, all owned & loved by Jennifer E. (Bentley) Balestrieri. The horses enjoy 7 acres of grass pastureland together, in a herd. Please check out the Horses page for more information & pictures.
In September 2011, I got married! I am now a proud Balestrieri!
I teach horseback riding lessons to children & adults, beginners to advanced riders in equitation & hunters/jumpers. Please read through the Lessons page for additional information.

Four Fillies Farm is the home of the Lexington Equestrian Team. This team is governed by IEA (interscholastic Equestrian Association). The fall of 2009 & winter of 2010, was our first season, and we qualified for Regionals! For our second season, we made it to Regionials and Zones! Last season, our third season, we moved to Region 2 of Zone 1, in 2011-2012, we made it to Regionals and Zones again! Please click on the IEA Team page for information about IEA, our team, and competitions.
At Four Fillies Farm, students have the option to participate in on farm horse shows. In spring to fall, I host horse shows on site in a relaxed, supportive, educational environment. If a rider succeeds in on farm shows, they may choose to begin their off farm horse experience with the Four Fillies Farm Show Stable. We travel to local schooling shows which are ideal for beginner riders, or riders who are just starting competitions. We also travel to “A” rated, week long horse shows across New England. There is a class & show for every interested rider! Please read the Horse Shows page to learn more about our on farm horse shows, our traveling show calendar, and show results.
Each summer, I teach Barn Flies Summer Programs at Four Fillies Farm. In each program, students work together to achieve a clean, organized barn to create the best environment for happy, healthy horses & safe equestrian fun for all riders. The participants care for the horses as if they are their own. The horses are groomed, ridden, and bathed each day by the students. All the hands-on work and experience in the barn enables students to gain more confidence on the ground & in the saddle. The Barn Flies participants quickly flourish into more educated riders, by dedicating the time to this sport and having the opportunity to practice it each day of the program. For more information about the summer programs, please check out the Summer Programs page.
